To ensure highest temperature-accuracy and -homogenity with lowest
thermal stress of the treated plates, during phases of heating-up,
temperature flat and cooling-down, a special static reversing
heat-transfer method is used. To avoid contamination of the goods, the
furnace interiour can be made of HQ-stainless steel or quartz.
Additional to the transportation mechanics no other movable parts are
placed inside the active heating volume. This furnace is in use for
