The KA-500 is a chamber furnace
with forced air circulation to ensure highest temperature-accuracy and
-homogenity with lowest thermal stress of the treated goods. In
particular, the combination of our selected heating elements, radiation
shields, and insulation material leads to highest temperature
performance and less heat losses. To avoid contaminations, the furnace
interiour can be made of HQ-stainless steel or quartz. A special
heat-recycling and filtering method is available to decrease impurity
and particle generation. This furnace is in use for following processes:
